Obituary

On Wednesday November 18, 2020, Randy Rydell Williams, loving husband, brother,
and father of five, passed away at the age of 53 at his home in Woodville.

Randy was born on April 13, 1967 to mother Maurice Hadnot-Williams and father
Thessalonias Freddie Williams in the Moss Hill Community of Woodville, Tx. Growing up,
Randy was heavily involved in sports, playing football, basketball, baseball, and track. Drawing
on his talent and zeal for athletics, Randy went to the University of Houston and played football.
From there, Randy moved back home and in 2000 began his career at Woodville ISD as an
educator and coach. On February 12th of 2005 Randy married his best friend and soulmate
Felicia Tucker-Thompson, blending two beautiful families into one.

Randy was co-founder of Seed of Faith Worship Center and served as a deacon for over
20 years. He loved God and led his family with strength and dignity. He had a passion for
football, western movies, and enjoyed golfing in his free time. Everyone who knew Randy
personally knows that he was a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan. He was known for his big bear
hugs, infectious smile, delicious barbecue, and was a mentor to countless students and athletes.

Randy was preceded in death by his father, Thessalonias “Freddie T.” Williams, and
brother, Reginald “Reggie” Williams.

He is survived by his wife, Felicia, his five children:
Cullen, Seth, April, Michael, and Elizabeth, and one granddaughter, Autumn. He is also survived
by his mother, Maurice and four siblings: Victor (Teresa), Angela (Bobby), Michelle,
Kenyata (Ranada) and sister-in-law; Shagala (Reginald) a long with a host of loving aunts, uncles, cousins,
