Obituary for Xzavien Shapell Grimble
Xzavien Shapell Grimble, 20, of Jasper, Texas passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022.
On June 14, 2002, the world was blessed with a beautiful spirit, Xzavien Shampel Grimble. He was born to
parents, Kezia Haynes and Robert Grimble, in Jasper, Texas. Xzavien attended school in Jasper and graduated from Jasper High School. He enjoyed sports and played basketball in school. Outside of school,
he enjoyed playing video games and spending time with his family and friends. Xzavien was a people
person and was loved by many. He was widely known by his nickname, “Swazy,” and many friends viewed him as a brother rather than a friend.
Xzavien departed this side of life on December 17, 2022. He now joins in Heaven: his sister, Robyn Grimble; and his grandparents, Albert and Gloria Haynes, Vickie White, and Steve Lewis, Sr.
Left to forever cherish his loving memory are: his daughter, India DuBose of San Augustine, Texas; parents, Kezia and James Spikes, Robert Grimble, and Steve Lewis, Jr.; grandparents, Jacqueline Beatty Lewis, Lorie Hines, and James Spikes; brothers, Keevin Grimble, DeKayden Grimble, Kendal Lewis, and JaKovin Spikes; sisters, Ravyn Grimble, Kaylnn Jones, and Zaida Bronson Spikes; special aunt and uncle, Kontina and Reggie Adams; aunts, Schwanda Scott (Terrence), Stephanie Thomas (Andre), Lynette Lewis, Emmetra Morris (Mike), and Felicia Grimble; one uncle, Kevin Grimble; many special cousins; and a host of other
family members and friends.
