Terry Ladell Washington, 66, of Beaumont, Texas departed this life Saturday, December 23, 2023.
Terry Washington was born June 29, 1959 in Marshall, Texas to parents Mary Broadnax and Wendell Washington. Terry Washington was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, uncle, relative, and friend. He found great joy in helping others and brightening other people’s day. He loved the outdoors and ensured that his home was an oasis for family and friends to enjoy.
He is survived by his wife, Patsy Washington; sons: Varandas Washington (Sheneva) of Dallas, Tx, Preston Washington of Linden, Tx, Andrew Yarbough (Tiffany) of Silsbee, Tx, Jimmy Yarbough of Sacramento, Ca, Trenton Washington of Marshall, Tx. and Tyrone Sells of Silsbee; daughters: Sharon Peveto (Derek) of Orange, Tx, Sarah Reece (Torino) of Beaumont, Tx and Aleshia Sells of Kountze, Tx; brothers: Johnny Gardner (Jade) Hallisville, Tx and Otis Gardner (Beverly) of Fort Worth, Tx; (13) grandsons, (8) granddaughters; Khadijah, Anastasia, Peightyn, Trinity, Da’Kota, Ma’Kinah, Reighn and Emori. He also leaves a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and a special friend Pastor Roger Shillow.
Terry is preceded in death by his father Wendell Washington; sister Rose Josey and brother Darrell Washington
