Isadore “Skip” Donald James, Jr. was born March 1, 1963 in Chicago, Illinois into a faith based family. Isadore lovingly known as “Skip” to his family, was a faithful son, husband, brother, father, grandfather, friend, and mentor. Family was everything to him.



Isadore leaves to cherish wife: Jacqueline Dudley, children: Isadore Lamar (Tiffiny D.), Paige James and Eva (Will) Gibson, all of Houston, TX; stepchildren: Treveno and Skyler Dudley both of Austin, TX; Grandchildren: MarQuavious Lamar James, Isis James, Marce Gibson, Maxwell Lamar James, Jalese Gibson, Malachi Lamar James, Micah Lamar James, Mekhi Lamar James, Malik Lamar James; Special nephews: George Johnson of Flint, MI and Cliford Hughes of Austin, TX; Parents: father Isadore D. James Sr. of Chicago, IL, mother Dorothy C. Gillespie, Flint, MI; sister: Eva M. (David) Yeo of Chicago, IL; brother: Kim McClain of Chicago, IL; devoted cousins: Ray Simmons, Nathan and Grant Herron of Flint, MI; Nephew: Joshua A. Yeo of Chicago, IL; Aunt: Louise Herron of Flint, MI; Special friends: Clato Smalling of Chicago, IL, and Kevin Price of San Antonio, Texas; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.



Homegoing Celebration will be held on Friday, September 20, 2019 at 11:00am with family hour beginning at 10:30am.
