Gvantsa Mercer, 26 of Spurger, Texas departed this life Thursday, January 24, 2019. Gvantsa Mercer was born on September 7, 1992 in Tbilisi, Georgia to the proud parents of Dali and Gela.
Gvantsa graduate from Warren High (Class of 2010) and pursued her passion in the medical field to where she became a LVN. She worked at Woodville Health and Rehab Center for 6 years. While working she was blessed to be engaged to Jacob Landavazo and have a beautiful baby daughter, Amelia Grace Landavazo.
She was known as 'G' by everyone especially at her job. Those who knew Gvantsa have seen her touch many lives with her kind and giving soul. She was an dynamic person who has spent her career helping others. She has always reached out to help those in need. Gvantsa had a very unique taste in movies and music. One of her favorite TV shows was Friends. Those guys always made her laugh even during this hard journey. Her favorite movies were Pulp Fiction and Reservoir dogs and her favorite band was Coldplay.
Gvantsa was survived by her mother, Dali; mother's husband, Vito; her fiance, Jacob Landavazo; her child, Amelia Grace Landavazo; her aunt, Lali; her cousins, Tamuna and Iza, along with a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her grandmother, Izolda; and her grandfather, Ushangi.
