Mr. George Lester Tudmon was born to the late Mr. Lincoln Tudmon Sr. and Mrs. Pearl Larkin Tudmon on June 13, 1948 in Jasper, Texas. He received Christ at an early age. On June 28, 2022, George was visited by the angel of death and entered into eternal rest. His father, mother, brother, Lincoln Tudmon Jr., Sisters Mary Lee Cox, Hattie Lee Smith, Geneva Scott, and Ernestine Smith, all preceded him in death.
George served his country as an active member of the Vietnam War. He then returned home and driven a cab for a few years just to find his passion as a Truck Driver for over 35 Years. In 1980 George entered into marriage of 30 years to Edith Iola Wilkes Tudmon of Kirbyville, TX. During this union two kids were born.
He leaves to cherish one son, Cedric Lee Tudmon of Cypress, TX and one daughter, Jessica Renee Tudmon Young (Sedaka) of Silsbee TX. Three grandsons, Jerrick Demetrius Tudmon, James Avery Tudmon, Jordan Lee Tudmon of Cypress, Tx. Four granddaughters, Alaya Janae Young, Jakayia Zonya Young, Rihanna Sa’mon Young, and Bailee Nicole Wilkes all of Silsbee TX. Three uncles; C.L. Larkin of Jasper, Robin Larkin and Gene Larkin of Houston, TX. One Sister-in-Law Johnnie Hamilton of Jasper TX. George Leaves to cherish a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
After retirement George went on to meet a Special Lady of 9 years, Ms. Shemka Lee. He also received a bonus son Juvenile Lee, a bonus daughter Shenekra Mack, bonus grandkids Acacia, Bre, Jeremiah, Ja’Dain and JaCarter.
