Obituary for Edith Tudmon (Wilkes)
Edith Tudmon, 62, of Kirbyville, Texas passed away on Saturday, February 3, 2024.
Mrs. Edith Iola Wilkes Tudmon was born to the late Mr. Freddie Wilkes and Mrs. Fannie Lee Cauley Wilkes on June 27, 1961 in Kirbyville, Texas. She received Christ at an early age. On February 3, 2024, Edith was visited by the angel of death and entered into eternal rest. Her father, mother, brothers and sister, John E Lee, Freddie D Wilkes, Gwendolyn Cannon, all preceded her in death.
To cherish her memories and patiently await that inevitable day when they too will receive a visit from that same angel, she leaves. Two sons Marcus Wilkes of Kirbyville, Texas, Cedric Tudmon of Cypress Texas, and one daughter Jessica Young (Sedaka) of Silsbee Texas. Two sisters, Jo Evelyn Lee of Flint Michigan, Tawana Wilkes (Perry) of Kirbyville, Texas. Two Brothers Marge Wilkes (Anita) and Timothy Wilkes of Kirbyville, Texas. She Leaves ten Grandchildren Alaya Young, Raven Sanders, Jerrick Tudmon, Jakihya Young, James Tudmon, Jordan Tudmon, Rihanna Young, Alyssa Wilkes, Bailee Wilkes and Leilani Wilkes. She leaves a god Daughter Antavia Jackson of Houston Texas. She leaves from another mother a sister Lois Ann Kelly of Kirbyville Texas. One niece that was more than just a niece Bridgette Jackson of Shankleville Texas and a childhood best friend Sharon Castle of Call Texas. She leaves a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
