Donta Demon Gilder “Tae” was born June 2, 1973 in Woodville, Texas to Joyce Rhodes of Houston, Tx and the Late Great Milton H. Gregory of Hillister, Tx
Donta was baptized at an early age and was a faithful member of The Church of Christ. He attended school in Houston and Woodville Tx where he held a phenomenal title as the high school quarterback and graduated in 1993.
He then moved to Houston and began a successful career and later met his wife Nikita Clements- Gilder
Donta was proceeded in death by his grandparents Ione and E.D. Gregory, Esther Gilder and Gladys Cruse
Tae leaves to cherish his memory his wife Nikita Clements-Gilder, his loving mother Joyce Rhodes (Roy “Popie”), his daughter DeJanae Gilder (Erik), his siblings Shawn Gilder (Charlotte) and Tanisha Gregory, his bonus siblings Contessa Galloway (Fletcher) and Roy Rhodes Jr (Tammy), 4 grand kids, 3 nieces, 7 nephews and a host of great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends that will cherish every memory of him.
