Ceolar Carter was born on November 19, 1948 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Macuestion and Dorothy Murchison. When she was a young child, her family relocated to Woodville, Texas. She was very proud of her children and often expressed her joy to everyone she met. Her favorite pastime was watching western movies. She always thought about others before herself and loved showering her children and grandchildren with gifts. Ceolar enjoyed attending church until her health began to fail, but even then, she didn't let it stop her because she would watch service on tv.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Macuestion and Dorothy Murchison, husband; Elredge Carter and siblings; Sally Adams, Houston Murchison, Ulysses Murchison and Roger Murchison.

She leaves to cherish her memories her children: Burton Murchison (Maria) of Lufkin, Texas, Ramona
Moye (Buster) of Woodville, Texas, Keith Barlow (Shelia) of Woodville, Texas, Elredge Carter Jr. (Gail)
of Jasper, Texas, Christopher Carter (Tyronda) of Huntsville, Texas and Amy Carter of Woodville,
Texas; Sister: Doris Barlow of Jasper, Texas; Brother: John Murchison (Irene) of Jasper, Texas and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.



At the request of the Carter family all services for Mrs. Ceolar Carter are set to be private only.
