Obituary for Carrold “Diz” Gregory
Carrold Gregory was born October 3, 1948 in Hillister,TX to the late Ione and E.D. Gregory.
Carrold, affectionately known as 'Diz', graduated from Scott High School in Woodville,TX in 1967. He resided in Hillister most of his life until recent years, relocating to Beaumont, TX.
On Thursday, April 29, 2021, God sent his angels to take our beloved Diz home. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ione and E.D. Gregory, his brother Milton Gregory and sister June Gregory.
He leaves to cherish his memory, two brothers; his twin, Harrold Gregory (Deltra) of Beaumont, TX and Richard Gregory (Vea) of Beaumont, TX. Three sisters; Freddie Warren (David) of Kountze, TX, Willie Ruth Irvine (Willie Edward) of Jasper, TX and Linda Gregory (Willie Charles) of Beaumont, TX. Two aunts; Ernestine Smith of Mansfield, TX and Ruthie Barclay of Woodville, TX and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who loved him dearly and will miss his presence tremendously.
