Brian Keith Toney, 38, of Chester, Texas passed away Monday, February 17, 2020 in Chester. He was born June 16, 1981 in Tallulah, Louisiana to Stewart Todd Toney and Carlene Vaughn Jackson.

Brian had lived in Chester for the last year and had previously lived in Liberty for most of his life. He loved listening to music, singing, fishing, watching football,pulling for the Houston Texans and being around children.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Carla Hill, Gilbert Jordan, Rosa Lee Jordan and Linda Nell Jackson and a brother, Howard Gilbert Jordan, Jr.

Survivors include his wife Laura Bailey, (2) kids Kevin Toney and Lakin Toney. Mother: Charlene Jackson and Stepfather Albert Jackson, Howard and Valerie Jordan; grandfather, Roy Vaughn; and Linda Land, sisters, Julia Smith and her husband Sonny, Kay Chambers, Heather Bearrentine and her husband,Chris Desire’ Jordan and Destiny Jordan; brothers, Stephen Jordan and his wife Brittany, Michael Jordan and his wife Anita, Christopher Murphy, Jimmy Jordan, Trey Jackson, Bradley Chesson and his wife, Kayla,Frankie Jordan, David Jordan, Kaleb Jackson and Murphy Jackson and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends and relatives.
