Obituary for Alonzo Herbert Randolph

Alonzo Herbert Randolph, born in Alatchua County, Florida on February 17, 1920 passed away on April 20, 2023 at the age of 103 years old.

Mr. Randolph was an independent man since age 12. He was a WW2 veteran and a skilled automotive professional. He enjoyed finishing, hunting, cattle ranching and most of all spending time with friends and family.

Alonzo Herbert Randolph, a proud and independent man lived a long and fulfilling life that was marked by dedication to his family, service to his country, and a passion for his hobbies. Mr. Randolph grew up in an era of hardship and learned to be self-sufficient at a young age. He began working at the age of 12, and his industrious nature soon led him to become a skilled automotive professional.

During World War II, Mr. Randolph served his country with distinction, bravely defending the freedom we all cherish. After the war, Mr. Randolph settled down and pursued his passions for fishing, hunting, and cattle ranching. He was a skilled outdoorsman who enjoyed spending time in nature and sharing his knowledge with his family and friends. But above all, he cherished spending time with his loved ones, and his warm and generous nature will be missed by all who knew him.

Mr. Randolph is survived by his wife, Rosemary Randolph, his daughter, Beverly Sutton, his sons, Steven Randolph and Craig Randolph, as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. His legacy of hard work, dedication, and love will live on in the memories of those who knew him.

Mr. Randolph's life was a testament to the values that make this country great, and his passing is a loss to us all. We honor his memory and thank him for his service to our nation and his contributions to our community. Rest in peace, Alonzo Herbert Randolph.
