Obituary for Michael Wayne Curtis

Mr. Michael Wayne Curtis 61 of Kirbyville, Texas peacefully departed this life on Tuesday May 8, 2018 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont, Texas.

Mr. Michael Wayne Curtis was born on April 22, 1957 in Orange, Texas to Mack Curtis and Viola Harris. Mr. Michael Wayne Curtis was raised in Mount Union, Texas and attended High School in Kirbyville, Texas. After High School Mr. Curtis attended Lamar University and later pursue the lifestyle of a proud ranch hand. Mr. Michael Wayne Curtis has a personal nickname to his daughters as “Lil T” and enjoyed the life of a Cowboy.

Michael Wayne Curtis was preceded in death by his parents; Mack Curtis and Viola Harris-Curtis.

Michael Wayne Curtis leaves to cherish his memories five children: Three (3) Daughters: Temika Sutton, Y’Keitha Lockhart (Tyrone) and Nicole Lockhart (Earnest), two (2) Sons: Tyger McClendon and Tiger Samuel, two (2) Brothers: Courtney Curtis of Newton, Texas and James Terry "JT" Curtis of Dallas, Texas along with a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Memorial Services for Mr. Michael Wayne Curtis will be held on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at 10:00 am at Coleman’s Family Mortuary Chapel 409 South Magnolia Woodville, Texas. 75979 (409) 283-3031. Serving Families With The Love of God.
